Tao Ling Yoga offers a framework of exercises to guide us to our inner knowledge of movement. The spontaneous movement, breath or thought that promotes well-being. Through movement, breathing techniques and meditation we are able to explore not only the potential of our body, but also that of our inner world. Bringing together the benefits of Hatha Yoga and Qi Gong, Tao Ling Yoga encourages flexibility and strengthens the immune system. The exercises are choreographed to centre and focus Qi (energy). The postures and movements can also be adapted to help certain disorders, ranging from pains and stiffness, respiratory, digestive or menstrual disorders to chronic diseases. Tao Ling Yoga helps us to understand not only the physical landscape of our body, but also its emotional and spiritual expression. To stand in balance between heaven and earth brings inner peace and happiness.
